I know they encountered a couple of unforeseen snags along the way but nonetheless managed to rectify them in no time without any fuss, bother or excuses.
I did have 4 estimates carried out for this job (1 a near neighbour of yours) and price wise there was little to choose between any of them but I just felt that Dan and Dave seemed to be the more knowledgeable and sincere in their approach. We looked around at several companies, but found that the attention to detail given by your family firm was excellent. This included a couple of trips to your factory, on site consultation and delivery dates kept to, together with the installation and commissioning.
